We are dedicated to providing you with products that seamlessly blend style and quality, all at prices that cater to your budget.  Our pride in our products reflects our commitment to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with every purchase.   However, if you are not happy with your purchase you may return your regular priced item(s) within 10 days of the receipt of your order. 

Items that are returned must be in the same condition that you received them; unused or unworn, free from things like pet hair and odors such as from perfume or cigarette smokeand in their original packaging with all tags intact. Repack your returns carefully to avoid damage in shipping.

 Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to make sure that your purchase arrives at your door in excellent condition.  However, occasionally things happen during shipping.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received incorrect items. Please take pictures of the item(s) AND of the shipping box to attach to your return in the portal.  Upon receipt of the information in our return portal, we will contact you and let you know how we will proceed in correcting any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used and are not in resalable condition or missing pieces or packaging. Clearance sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds and Store Credits

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) in our warehouse, your return will be processed for an exchange, store credit or a refund back to your original payment method within 1 to 4 business days.
